Psalm 145:1 NLT, “I will exalt you, my God and King, and praise your name forever and ever.”
Our God and King deserves our praise forever and ever! It brings great joy to give praises to the Lord. No matter what we are going through, we can give Him praise. Praise takes our focus off of ourselves, and the troubles of this world and places it on our Lord and allows us to remember His sovereignty and greatness! Keep giving God your highest praise! Keep exalting His holy name.

A quote I love, and have used on my blog a couple of times: “Joy thrives in the soil of praise.”–Unknown. Who doesn’t want more joy in their lives?! And isn’t it amazing that, as we seek to honor God with our praising, he turns right around with His blessing!
