Psalm 9:10 NIV, “Those who know your name trust in you, for you, LORD, have never forsaken those who seek you.”
I appreciate the reminders in God’s Word to keep trusting in Him. There are daily temptations to be fearful, to worry or to take matters into our own hands.
As we seek God daily, He will be faithful to work things out for us in the ways He knows are best. Knowing He will never leave us gives us security. So don’t give up. Keep trusting, keep hoping, and keep believing in the faithfulness of our God.
Drawing Closer to Christ 
Amen, Dawn! A short, but powerful, thought. Like in the story of Mary and Martha when Martha stopped helping with the meal prep to sit at Jesus’ feet, only one thing was REALLY necessary. Like Martha, I want to take the time to just be with Jesus. The words of Matthew 6:33 come to mind: “Seek first the kingdom of God, and all of these things will be added to you.”

Amen! I will keep trusting and believing in the faithfulness of God. Reminding ourselves of this and encouraging each are important during these times. Very timely devotion. Thanks be to God for your faithfulness and obedience to Him for sharing His Word with us. Blessings.

Such a beautiful post! I love this reminder to keep trusting God. It’s something I really need right now. There are so many things we face every day that we do not anticipate. Yet they are not a surprise to God. And He has us in the palm of His hand as we face each one. I am so thankful for our loving Father. 🥰
