In one of my previous posts Confidence In HIM we looked into the first 4 verses of Psalm 23. We will now be delving into the last two verses of Psalm 23.

“You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies. You anoint my head with oil; my cup overflows. Surely goodness and love will follow me all the days of my life, and I will dwell in the house of the LORD forever.”

Psalm 23:5-6

In the first 4 verses of the psalm, we are drawn into David’s description of the Lord’s protection, provision, comfort and care and we see him declaring with confidence that he fears no evil while he walks through the valley of the shadow of death because the Lord is with him.
