Ephesians 2:8, “For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God.”
The free gift of salvation that we have been given from our God is priceless. He has given it to us out of His love for us. There is nothing we can do to earn it, Jesus paid the price on our behalf. This is also a reminder that since our salvation is by God’s grace, so is our ability to live for Him.
We have to receive His grace one day at a time. He will give us our daily bread. God already knows our performance will not be perfect and that we will need His strength each day, so He has promised us that His grace will be sufficient for our needs (2 Corinthians 12:9).

Everyday we need His grace! It’s easy to remember we are saved by grace, but I believe we tend to forget we need His grace daily! We weren’t meant to live this life in our own strength! Thank you, Dawn, for the reminder! Have an amazing day!

Our salvation is by God’s grace and so is our ability to live for Him – yes, may we remember that because we tend to strive on our own. May we pray for our daily bread and live out our day from that provision.
