His Word Lights Our Way

Psalm 119:105 NLT, “Your word is a lamp to guide my feet and a light for my path.”

Aren’t you glad we have God’s Word to light our path? We are never lost in the dark when we have His Word hidden in our hearts. The lies and deception that the enemy tries to bring our way will be defeated by the truth of God’s Word. We can anchor ourselves firmly on His promises and find security because His promises are true. We can find hope in God’s Word no matter how uncertain our circumstances may seem. We can be assured that He will never forsake us and that His love for us will never change. Keep taking one step at a time and trusting God to make every crooked path straight. His Word will guide your feet and light your path.

  10. Amen! This is the second light to our path post I’ve read today. I’m thankful that God leads us through and out of dark places. Today I had the thought that I feel like I am coming out of the dark. I have a small fear that I’m speaking too soon, but I think this is just the devil trying to fill me with doubt. It seems liks the Holy Spirit is trying to make certain I don’t buy the lies. God IS a light to our path and we don’t walk in darkness.
