You are a kind and compassionate person who shows the love of Jesus through the work you do to help immigrants and refugees. Your testimonies of perseverance through chronic illness inspire others to not lose hope. 🕊 🕊

💕❤️One of my main passions in life is helping people. I’ve done this mostly through participating in various volunteer opportunities over the years. One of my favorites is when I volunteered at a pregnancy shelter. It was for single pregnant women. I used to stay once a week overnight at the shelter so I could offer support if any of the women went into labor during the night. I also helped provide transportation to and from prenatal appointments, and church. I felt a connection with the women since I too was a single parent. I always looked forward to spending time with them. Most importantly, being a part of this ministry gave me a chance to share the love of Jesus. 💕❤️

  2. I love your passion! I probably won’t do a whole post about mine but I am passionate about strong, connected families. I lead a small group of new moms and encourage them as best I can to see their value as women and as mothers. The world seems to tell women that they only have value if they have a great career or amazing wardrobes or a perfect figure. I long to see women dispel those lies and recognize their irreplaceable value to their family! Employees are replaceable… mothers are NOT!

    1. Wow Heather! That’s amazing. You can look at social media and see there are so many women struggling in this area. It’s a blessing you are helping women to see the truth. We are valuable because God says we are! Not because of material things and worldly success. So true, mother’s cannot be replaced! So thankful to hear about your ministry to women! ❤️

  8. Dawn, I love reading about how God’s love pours through you in meaningful and practical ways! Thank you for being present for those precious women during such a scary time. Our daughter is a single mom, and I think it’s one of the hardest jobs there is. Love you, and thank you for this uplifting tag. ♥♥

  10. Thanks for taking the time to include me in this shared post. I enjoy helping others through my ministry. That’s based on life recovery and mentoring our youth. I’m a family man that’s just enjoys hanging out with my children and grandsons. I’ve been working hard to get my video podcast up and running. Learning how to edit. It’s a little harder than I thought😎 but I’ll figure it out. Besides that’s I’m working on getting my mental health first aid ⛑ certification this weekend in preparation for the next step in my ministry. Starting my own life recovery group at Restoration Christian Fellowship. So grateful to God for placing me in this position. So if you don’t mind say a prayer for me. So to everyone enjoy your day and keep PUTTING GOD FIRST in everything you do. 😁
