Rejoice and Give Thanks

Psalm 107:1 KJV, “O give thanks unto the Lord, for he is good: for his mercy endureth for ever.”

There is so much to be thankful for. God’s goodness and mercy flow through our lives daily. Even when we encounter tough circumstances, we can still remain thankful knowing that He will never leave us. He always has a plan, so we do not have to worry about today or tomorrow.

Being thankful helps us to look beyond our troubles and see the bigger picture, the bigger picture of how big the God is that we serve. Thankfulness reminds us that through God all things are possible. Rejoice and give thanks, because God’s grace is sufficient for our every need!

  1. An attitude of gratitude does make us see all that God does for us and helps us remember that He is always there with us looking after us, all we need is a shift in perspective to not overlook all He blesses us with.

  2. So true dear Dawn, there is that big beautiful smile. I will cook for my husband and I and he will enjoy it as will I. We will miss going to service on Thanksgiving morning as we did for two years in a row and it was so wonderful. We are doing church on line now and feel like God is with us while we are worshipping just as he is all the time. I will be thankful to know that God is in control and that I know to keep my eye on Him. Love and Happy Thanksgiving to you and your family my friend. Love Joni

    1. My mom and I have been going online too, and I will miss gathering with extended family this year for dinner since it will just be the two of us. But amen, yes God is in control, we don’t have to worry. I pray you and your husband have a wonderful and happy Thanksgiving! Love you too! ❤️🦃
